Event Description: Hello Partner, =0An =0An My name is Sebastian Alexander, Chairman for the Duval County Soil and Water Conservation District. On October 26, 2011, we are having a fundraiser to raise funds for the Annual Fred B. Miller, Jr., Regional Envirothon and The Joe B. Forshee, Jr. Natural Resources Conservation Speech Contest. The Envirothon seeks to combine classroom learning with hands-on outdoor activities. During the event students are educated and tested on such topics as aquatics, soils, forestry and wildlife. There will be appetizers and refreshments for a pre-paid ticket cost of $20. All proceeds will go to support our children in these two events.
