Jax Zombie Walk presents Carnival of the Dead

Event Description: It's our 8th ANNUAL WORLD ZOMBIE DAY — a FREE and FAMILY FRIENDLY Event!

Put on your best “living dead” and come join us for out 8th annual zombie walk food drive! October is domestic violence awareness month so this year all proceeds with go to Hubbard House www.hubbardhouse.org/. We request zombie fans come dressed their goriest, each carrying non-perishable food items, clothing or toys to be donated to Hubbard House.

This year’s theme will be Carnival of the Dead and will include a midway of zombie games and prizes. Costume contests, a brain eating contest, official photographers, entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and a blood refreshing station. The carnival will be held on October 18th, 2015 at Hemming Plaza from 1pm – 6pm. The walk will take place at 4 pm.

We will not be accepting cash donations at the event so if you would like to make a cash donation please go to https://www.hubbardhouse.org/help/donatenow/ and put Jacksonville Zombie Walk in the comments.

We are dedicating this years event to the memory Grace Katich (Lola Ivelsy), without her the zombie walk would not have grown to where it is today.
