From powerful statements on social justice and cultural stress, to uplifting aspiration, to infectious groove, the music of Stevie Wonder is as relevant today as when it was first recorded. A dozen performers hailing from some of Jacksonville’s best bands will come together to pay homage on Saturday, April 22, at 1904 Music Hall. Doors open at 8PM; South Florida phenoms SoleMark will open the night with an infectious dose of their fusion funk. Ben Strok & The Full Electric will bring the “Stevie” thereafter, doubling as an unofficial afterparty for Official Tower of Power Band (who plays The Florida Theatre that night). This will be a show you won’t want to miss – get ready for a tremendous evening downtown! All Ages Show
