Event Description: 5 courses, 6 wines, $45. Enough said right? Well I'll still go into detail. Please join us at Derby on Park Monday, March 3rd at 6:30 p.m. for great food, wonderful wine and a good time. For a small fee of $45 + tax with tip already included there will be a five course meal paired with wines. Drum roll please….

Course 1:
– Baby Cesar Wedge Salad with Pearl Mozzarella Topped with Fried Oyster.

Course 2:
– Lobster Cake, Jalapeno and Pineapple Chutney with Lemon Chive Aioli.
(Mer Soleil Silver Un-oaked Chardonnay, 2012, Santa Lucia Highlands, California)

Course 3:
– Red Snapper Bechamel with Potato Gratin.
(Louis Latour Montagny 1er Cru, 2011, Burgundy, France)

Course 4:
– Re-Injected Flat-Iron Pork, Bacon Braised Brussels with a Ham Jus.
(The Federalist Zinfandel, 2010, Dry Creek Valley, California)

Course 5:
– Chocolate Blueberry Tort.
