Inaugural First Coast Blues Society Jacksonville IBC Competition

We are the First Coast Blues Society, a not for profit organization and Affiliate of The Blues Foundation.We will be having our Inaugural FCBS IBC Competition at Mojo Kitchen on October 9th and the winning acts will then be eligible to go to Beale Street in Memphis, TN to compete in the International Blues Challenge which starts on January 31st through February 4 th of 2017.Please note the winning acts will be responsible for all cost for travel to Memphis, TN including food and lodging etc. The First Coast Blues Society is only promoting and conducting the local competition to send a local act to the main competition.There are 3 categories: 1) Youth – All members of the act must be under the age of 21 at the time the competition takes place in Memphis, TN – January 31st through February 4 th , 2017. A Youth category can be a band, solo or duo act. 2) Solo or Duo act 3) BandDEADLINE to enter the competion is midnight September 19th, 2016.
